One Workplace conducts independent investigations for organisations across a range of industries and on behalf of law firms.

Our expertise includes investigating all forms of alleged workplace misconduct, including:

Workplace Conflict Resolution & Cultural Reviews

When an organisation is faced with a complaint/grievance, workplace conflict or concerns about workplace culture (e.g., due to high absenteeism and turnover), One Workplace will independently assess the issues to determine the most appropriate resolution path.

Depending on the matter, a formal investigation is not always the best way forward. In determining a suitable course of action, we ensure organisations comply with their duty of care and manage legal risk, and consider how we can resolve the matter expeditiously and cost-effectively.

Some options include One Workplace undertaking or advising on:

  • preliminary enquiries (to determine what action is required to address a complaint);
  • cultural reviews (undertaking one on one interviews with a cross-section of employees and then preparing a de-identified report outlining key cultural issues and a set of practical solutions); and
  • mediations/facilitated discussions (conducting preliminary conferences and then a joint session to enable parties to discuss their concerns in a safe and constructive environment, with the goal of developing a practical, mutually-beneficial and future-focused framework for working together).

One Workplace provides high-quality, cost-effective Workplace Relations consulting services. Many of our clients rely on our expertise as they do not have the benefit of a dedicated Workplace Relations function, or may require additional support during busy periods and with particularly complex/sensitive matters.
